Dogs can only be accepted on the condition that they are fully vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis and parvovirus. Kennel cough vaccination is also required.
Cats can only be accepted on the condition that they are fully vaccinated against ‘flu and enteritis.
Vaccination certificates to be produced upon arrival at Kind Care.
The insurance will only cover veterinary treatment for an illness which has started at Kind Care or that first shows clinical signs within 48 hours of leaving Kind Care.
Pre-existing conditions are not covered by our insurance. Please notify the admitting member of staff of any pre-existing condition.
All animals are boarded at the owners own risk.
CONDITION AND TEMPERAMENT
All animals must be fit, in sound condition, and free from vice when entering our kennels. Please notify the admitting member of staff of any known problem with temperament.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to Kind Care at our discretion due to a problem with the above.
Pets with infectious disease will be refused entry to Kind Care.
Please make sure your pet is regularly wormed and treated for fleas as recommended by your veterinary surgeon.
We will administer any prescription or non-prescription medication your pet requires.
Please only consider boarding a diabetic pet if it is stable and likely to continue to eat normally in Kind Care.
Your pet will be fed their normal diet as long as it is a brand we carry in stock.
We carry most common brands of food, but there is such a wide variety available that it is impossible to carry every brand.
You are welcome to bring along your pets own food / treats etc. However, no discount is given for doing so.
Special feeding regimes are fully catered for - please provide us with written directions if possible. We have refrigeration, freezing and cooking facilities.
BEDDING AND TOYS
Plastic dog or cat beds are provided, along with fleecy veterinary bedding.
You are welcome to bring along any bedding you wish, but we cannot be held responsible if your pet damages its bedding.

Mondays to Fridays : 8am - 6pm
Saturdays : 9am - 4pm
Sundays : 9am - 12 noon
Bank Holidays : 9am - 12 noon
Our peak periods are Easter, Summer and Christmas / New Year.
Please give plenty of notice when booking for these periods.
During these periods we do not give credits for shortened stays.
Payment may be made by credit / debit card or cash.
We do not accept payment by cheque.
All prices quoted will be at the rate prevailing at time of booking. All prices charged will be at the rate prevailing at time of boarding.
We charge for day in and day out.
Any animal not collected by the time of closing will be subject to an extra day’s boarding charge.
New customers are required to provide a non-refundable deposit for peak periods.
All fees are payable before collection of the animal.
