KENNELS PROTOCOL: ARRIVAL
Book your pet in either online using this website, or by phone. An appointment for arrival MUST be made so please mention a time to suit. This is so we can be ready to wipe your pet(s) down in the grooming room upon arrival.
Vets are not doing routine vaccinations at present. Our kennel insurance does not cover for vet fees if vaccinations are not up to date, but given current circumstances we will still accept your pet(s).
We are unable to accept any belongings other than food / treats at present. We will provide all bedding and toys. We may stock your pet(s) normal food - please enquire. You are welcome to bring in your own food - either on the day of admission or preferably 3 or more days in advance.
Notify reception that you have arrived.
Upon arrival we will sort out the boarding contract and any concerns you may have about your pet(s) stay. Please have any contact numbers or vets details ready.
We will then get you to put your pet(s) between the double entrance gates and remove its lead or harness to take home. The only time we will retain a harness is if the pet is "flat-faced" and requires one to help breathing whilst walking or there is a medical reason for wearing a harness.
You can leave once we have control of your pet(s) from the double entrance gates.
KENNELS PROTOCOL: DEPARTURE
Payment must either be by means of the correct cash (no change will be given), card (either at the kennels or over the phone) or bank transfer.
We will bring your pet(s) down to the double gates for you to collect.
