boarding: covid PROTOCOLs
- If you are bringing food in please try and have it in a bag or container so that it is easy to hand in
- If you are bringing in bedding or toys please try and keep the number of items to a minimum. Place them fully enclosed into a bag or container at least 3 days prior to boarding and then do not touch the items before you bring them in i.e. only handle the bag or container from then on
- If there is anybody being served at reception when you arrive please either wait in your vehicle or at a good distance away
- Please maintain social distancing (2 metres) throughout your visit as much as is possible
- Please ensure that you bring in proof of up to date vaccination and have it ready so that time at reception is minimal
- We are trying to do "contactless exchange" of pets as far as possible so will talk you through leaving your pet and then picking it up again
- We ask that you take home any dog leads as far as is possible and only leave harnesses if required (e.g. for medical reasons or for "flat faced" breeds). This is to avoid contact and minimise our disinfection procedures
