- vaccination certificate
- microchip number if applicable
- emergency contact number(s)
- name of your pet(s) regular vets ; and details of any medical issues / treatments
- details of any recent worm or flea treatment
- food if we do not stock your pet(s) normal diet
- any toys or treats you wish to bring
- any bedding you wish bring (all boarders get a double layer of fleecy veterinary bedding, with a plastic bed, provided by the kennels)
