CATTERY PROTOCOL: ARRIVAL
Book your pet in either online using the website, or by phone. An appointment for arrival MUST be made so please mention a time to suit.
Given current circumstances, we will still accept your pet(s) if vaccinations are not totally up to date
We are unable to accept any belongings other than food / treats at present. We will provide all bedding and toys. We may stock your pet(s) normal food - please enquire. You are welcome to bring in your own food. If you feel it is essential for your pet(s) to have their own bed etc. then you can bring it at least three days in advance.
Notify reception that you have arrived.
Upon arrival we will sort out the boarding contract and any concerns you may have about your pet(s) stay. Please have any contact numbers or vets details ready.
We will have a chalet ready for your cat and get you to come to the cattery under our instruction, and whilst maintaining social distancing, to put your cat into its prepared chalet. Alternatively, we can take your cat up to the cattery for you, and you can leave after visiting reception.
CATTERY PROTOCOL: DEPARTURE
Payment must either be by means of the correct cash (no change will be given), card (either at the kennels or over the phone) or bank transfer.
We will get you to come to the cattery under our instruction, and whilst maintaining social distancing, to put your cat into its carrier. Alternatively, we can bring your cat down from the cattery to reception for you.
