GROOMING PROTOCOL: ARRIVAL
- Book your pet in either over the phone or by emailing an enquiry. Please try and keep to your appointment time so that we can bath (or wipe down in the case of some cats) your pet immediately upon arrival as far as is possible.
- Please go to the double gates leading to the grooming room upon arrival then ring the bell on the gate; the groomer should come out to meet you. You will be asked to place your dog or cat box between the double gates. Remove any collar and lead.
- Your pet will then be taken to the grooming room.
- If you are at all unsure, please go to the main kennels reception for further guidance
GROOMING PROTOCOL: DEPARTURE
- Payment must preferably be by means of the correct cash - we regret no change can be given. We can also accept card payments at reception.
- Please ring the bell for the groomer as described on arrival.
- You will be asked to place your payment in a box on the gate before collecting your pet(s)
